Stories spread about something preying on children who are all alone, and the gang gets scared; especially since their parents will be out for the night; a deadly ghost with a sickle in hand stalks Satsuki and her friends.
People all over town begin acting strangely; most of them have been replaced by mirror-world clones of themselves. With Satsuki and Hajime being the last two people in the town who haven't been swapped, they'll have to find a way to end this ghost.
Leo is convinced that there's a ghostly website out there on the internet and is determined to find it, which he does; trapped in the computer, the rest of the gang needs to figure out how to apply old-fashioned exorcism to new technologies.

There's a girl in Satsuki's class who is a little off; she tends to the rabbits at the school, whom she says are her only friends. But if that's weird, then it gets only stranger when a dead rabbit shows back up at the pen, alive and well.
Hajime has a close encounter with a spooky cab, which the rest of the gang doesn't believe; even when they see it for themselves, it seems like a perfectly normal cab, that is until the cab driver takes them to a life-draining tunnel.
A wild gang of robots rampage through the city; Uran tries to teach Jump how to do tricks; disguising himself as a dog, Astro sneaks out to search for the Robot Vikings.
Astro receives a message in a bottle from captives held in an undersea mining station and heads off to rescue them, but first he must tangle with an ocean monster.
Uran sneaks into the venue for the Robotics Championships, takes part in a match and defeats a player, but Daddy Walrus refuses when the promoter scouts for her.
John, an American traveling in Japan by bicycle, falls in love with a woman named Minako; while he is chatting with her, his precious bicycle is stolen by a child.
Mokona then reveals a Rune God is up in one of the flying mountains. Caldina and Ascot catch up with them. Caldina tells Ascot she'll take care of everything. Caldina uses a spell to make the girls think that rocks are falling on them.
Magical expert Caldina lures the three knights into a trap by creating a virtual projection of Emeraude. Luckily Marina manages to save herself and her friends, convincing Ascot that she has made a serious mistake.
In a temple at the bottom of the ocean, the girls find and awaken the first nano-warrior genius named Feres. They then resume their journey in search of the other two, but must face a monstrous creature.

Luce, Marina and Anemone, after having awakened the second genius, resume the journey in search of the third robot. On the way, however, they have a bad encounter: they are in fact attacked by Rafaga, the commander of the princess's guards.
Kotoko finally confesses her crush on Irie and he rejects her; after an earthquake hits Tokyo, Kotoko's house is damaged; a friend of her father's opens up his house to their family.
Irie abandons the entrance exam for Tokyo University in order to bring Kotoko to the hospital; after this incident, Kotoko tries to leave the Irie household blaming herself for ruining Irie's chance.
Naoki puts Kotoko down in front of everyone triggering her to show Irie's childhood photo of him dressed as a girl to the others; Kotoko and Irie argue and he kisses her.
