Cattleman Dale Kirby (Mady Lawrence) believes the farmers have been stealing cattle, forcing him to borrow from crooked lender Steve Kinney (Jack Ingram). In truth, however, it is Kinney himself who is behind the cattle thefts. When Billy attempts to mediate, he and Fuzzy find themselves threatened by Kinney.

An accident during a lion hunt causes Deputy Sheriff Pat Callahan (Dale Evans) to arrest Roy for murder, while Brunner's henchmen kidnap Chavez's visiting sister (Estelita Rodriguez).

Though most men are concerned with prospecting gold, American ranchers Jim Redfern and Mike Evans are trying to make a fortune by leading a long line of cattle from Montana to Canada. While they are resting one night, their herd is robbed by a gang of thugs, leaving the cowboys stranded in the wilderness without their livelihood. Jim and Mike then decide to try their hands at mining gold, but before long they run into the enemy bandits again.
Cheyenne Davis (Lash La Rue) comes to the rescue of a group of ranchers who are losing their homes to a gang of malicious outlaws. When Davis and his sidekick, Fuzzy (Al "Fuzzy" St. John), capture the outlaws, they collect reward money to distribute to the ranchers. But Fuzzy, who is in charge of delivering it, loses the money as well as his memory. Now it's up to Davis to set things right and prevent land baron Jim Kirby (George Chesebro) from getting his hands on the cash.
